This is looking pretty good so far. 
The line work is looking great. And I especially like how you're doing the eyes, hair, and figure.
I'd say go right on and finish it up! Maybe work out some corrections on the computer or another piece of paper if you find anything you don't like anymore, but it's looking too good to just abandon.
